How does pricing work?

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include custom domain support. Point your domain to us and we'll configure SSL automatically. Starter plans use a subdomain on our platform.
How long does setup take?
We can have your site provisioned and ready to customize within a few hours of signing up. Most customers have their first auction live within a day.
Do bidders see your branding or mine?
Yours. Every site is fully branded with your logo, colors, and business information. Bidders see your auction house — not our platform.
Can I run multiple auctions at the same time?
The platform currently runs one auction at a time per site, with overlap detection to prevent scheduling conflicts. Each auction can have hundreds of lots with independent timing.
What happens when an auction ends?
Lots are marked as sold and the auction moves to your past auctions archive. You can generate consignor payout invoices as PDFs — individually or in batch — from your admin dashboard.
Do I own my bidder data?
Yes. Your users, their contact information, and their bid history are on your site and in your database. Unlike marketplace platforms, we don't pool your bidders with other sellers.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every site includes a built-in support ticket system — you and your team can report issues directly from the admin panel. Response times depend on your plan: 48 hours for Starter, 24 hours for Professional, and a 4-hour SLA for Enterprise.
